Q. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

A. No there is no contract as such. Should you feel that for any reason you do not wish to continue, all you have to do is give 30 days' notice for us to take the printer away.

Q. Do I have to buy a certain number of cartridges per month?

A. No, you are not committed to buy a certain number of cartridges, however your usage should be in line with what you declared in your application.

Q. Is the service and maintenance included free of charge or are there hidden costs?

A. There are no hidden costs and service and maintenance is included, however, as detailed in our terms and conditions, should you damage the printer or cause the fault, you may be liable to a call out charge and cost of repair.

Q. How long do I have to wait to get a printer once I have filled in my application?

A. Once we have accepted your application and you have approved the printer we propose, it normally takes only a couple of days to get a printer to you.

Q. How much is the Set up and Delivery charges?

A. The charge is inclusive in the price quoted and covers the costs of delivering and setting up the printer, ongoing maintenance and support.
