Industrial Metrology with Doubled Laser Power
The MetroX Pro distinguishes itself by offering a four-mode scanning system that combines the precision of blue lasers with the speed of structured light. The 30-line Cross Laser mode is engineered for capturing large, featureless areas on "difficult" surfaces like shiny chrome or deep black plastics without the need for scanning spray. For intricate mechanical parts, the 15-line Parallel Laser mode provides ultra-fine edge detection. When speed is the priority, the 62-line Full-Field Structured Light mode can capture up to 7 million points per second, making it capable of digitizing medium-sized objects (up to 1000 mm) in a single pass.
The Standard Edition bundle is curated for professional stability, including the 508g scanner unit, a Dual-axis Turntable for automated multi-angle scanning, and a heavy-duty tripod. Because of the high data volume generated by the 30-line laser system, the MetroX Pro requires a robust workstation, recommending at least an NVIDIA RTX 3060/4060 GPU and 32GB of RAM. The system operates on the Revo Metro software, which supports Global Marker Tracking to maintain volumetric accuracy across large objects and exports high-density meshes in STL, OBJ, and PLY formats for seamless integration into CAD environments.
