While the core hardware maintains the same high-performance dual-mode system as the standard edition, the Premium bundle includes a specialized Mobile Kit (Power Bank handle and Phone Holder). This setup allows users to perform high-precision scans in workshops, outdoors, or on-site, using a smartphone as a real-time monitor without being tethered to a desktop computer.

The INSPIRE 2 distinguishes itself with a dual-scanning system that combines 11 parallel infrared laser lines with infrared structured light. This allows the scanner to handle "difficult" surfaces—such as dark, shiny, or metallic materials—without the need for scanning spray. It achieves a single-frame accuracy of 0.05mm and precision of 0.03mm. A standout technical feature is the 1.5x and 2x optical zoom, which enables the projector to focus on intricate geometries to capture fine details that standard fixed-focus scanners often miss.

The Premium Edition is a "studio-in-a-box," featuring a Mini Turntable for automated 360° captures, a Tripod, and a Quick Release Plate for fast switching between handheld and stationary modes. The scanner is built for durability with an aerospace-grade aluminum front panel and can operate in bright outdoor light up to 20,000 Lux. Using the Revo Metro (PC) or Revo Scan (Mobile) software, users can export high-density point clouds and meshes in standard formats like OBJ, STL, and PLY, making it a powerful tool for 3D printing, reverse engineering, and digital art.
