What You’ll Do (Learning & Growth Focus)
- UI,UX and Web Management: Learn to maintain and optimize product data on our custom Laravel website. Gain insight into e-commerce functionality by managing stock flows and API/ERP integrations to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Conversion-Driven Design: Work with our marketing team to develop banners, images, flyers and branding. Learn the art of "Performance Marketing"—creating assets designed specifically to drive online conversions.
- Video Production & Trends: Get involved in producing and editing engaging Reels and TikToks using CapCut or Canva Pro. We will help you identify trends that translate into brand growth.
- The "Fine-Tune" Cycle: Learn to use Google Analytics, Google Ads and social insights to monitor your work. Discover how to analyze results and refine messaging and visuals based on real-time data to improve performance.
- Professional Communication: Develop your professional voice as we implement our monthly marketing plan through, SEO-optimized blogs, email newsletters (MailerLite), and managing brand reputation on platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Curiosity: An eagerness to understand how a custom-built website works. If you already possess coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/PHP), we will explore ways to utilize and develop those skills within our Laravel environment.
- Creative Potential: A natural eye for design and video storytelling. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be excited to master tools like Canva Pro and CapCut.
- Analytical Interest: A desire to understand the "why" behind the data and how it shapes creative decisions.
- Eligibility: Currently enrolled students only (due to Cyprus visa regulations).
Requirements/skills
- Currently enrolled in a university programme eligible for Erasmus+ Internship Mobility in the field of Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, Graphic Design, Web Development or related fields.
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
- Enthusiastic, proactive learners with a passion for business and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing, social media, and online communication.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Canva Pro, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of website content management or HTML/CSS (a plus), an interest in UX.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media insights) (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail when managing website product information and digital assets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced digital marketing workflow.
