Business Administration & Accounts Internship

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Record daily sales, banking, and expense accounting entries
• Process purchase invoices and maintain live stock balances
• Work within our cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
• Support our 2026 digital transformation and automation programme
• Contribute to our eLearning platform — building training lessons for future interns
• Use Google Sheets and AI for data cross-checking and analysis

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

• Studying Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Eager to get beyond the textbook and into real-world workflows
• Comfortable with — or keen to develop — Google Sheets skills
• Organized, reliable, and happy to take ownership of daily tasks
• Currently enrolled as a student (not a graduate — visa requirements apply)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Every day in every business, actions are taken to record sales, banking, expense accounting
entries, purchase invoices leading to active stock balances — and hundreds of other tasks that
underpin the effective administration of a vibrant, growing company. You will be trained in and
exposed to all of this.

2026 is an exciting period of change for Cartridge World Cyprus as we invest in digital
enhancements to automate and improve efficiency. You will participate in our eLearning digital
training program and contribute to the creation of new lessons to ensure its completeness for
future intern cohorts.
