Cartridge World Recognized as one of Franchise Times’ 2016 Dealmakers

Cartridge World has received yet another prestigious award, this time in the franchising
industry.

Earlier this month, Franchise Times magazine informed us that Cartridge World was chosen as a winner of their
annual “Dealmakers Award.” The award recognizes Cartridge World’s success in attracting SGT as a shareholder and
closing the deal to benefit the brand and our franchise system.
The Franchise Times Dealmakers Award celebrates the biggest deals and dealmakers in franchising, and is the only
project for the publication that highlights “audacious franchise deal-making.” Recipients are chosen by a panel of
franchise finance experts, who analyze various deals based on their complexity and amount of rigorous work it took to
secure the strategic transaction.

This March, I will be attending the Franchise Times Finance & Growth Conference to accept the Dealmaker Award on
behalf of Cartridge World during a special ceremony. The magazine will also devote special coverage of the ceremony
and the winners, which we will share with the system.
As you all know by now, the recapitalization by Suzhou GoldenGreen Technologies (SGT) – one of the world’s largest
manufacturers of organic photoconductors to the aftermarket imaging industry – is allowing us to be on the cutting edge of
our industry through patented technology and the ability to supply highest quality cost effective products to our end user on a

The Dealmakers Award solidifies our current and future efforts to make Cartridge World the leader in our space.
Franchise industry recognition of the success of the SGT deal adds additional credibility to set up our brand and
franchise system for a bright and prosperous future.
