Infinity Application: Infinity – Business Mono

1. A subscription entitles subscribers to a printer with unlimited ink replacements delivered to their door and maintenance support as needed.

2. Duration: The subscription to BUSINESS Infinity is for a minimum 36-month period from the date of joining.

3. Subscriptions are paid *monthly (36 consecutive payments required) via GoCardless. *An option is available on Business packages to pay up-front annually. If selected, we give one month free. Payment is still taken by GoCardless and will be set up to take the annual payment once a year. Once payment has been completed via GoCardless the application process will take an additional 5 working days.

4. Each calendar month is defined as starting from the 1st of each month, where a 1st of the month falls on a Sunday out of trading hours the start of the calendar month will fall on the Monday 2nd or next business day of each month where this occurs. If your membership begins on any other date your first month charge will be applied pro-rata.

5. A refundable deposit of €85.00 and €170.00 for model L6570 is required for Business packages. Deposit is taken when setting up the monthly payments. The deposit can only be refunded to the subscriber upon completion of the minimum 36-month period and if and when the printer is returned to the store undamaged and in full working order along with the original packaging. The decision of the Cartridge World Cyprus store will be final. If the minimum period is not observed or the printer is returned in an unsatisfactory or non-working order, the deposit will be retained.

6. Installation and setup are the responsibility of the subscriber; however, we do offer a full installation and setup service if requested at a cost of €42.00.

7. The printer supplied by Cartridge World Cyprus, shall remain the property of Cartridge World Cyprus always.

8. The printers supplied to subscribers as part of Infinity maybe new or refurbished.

9. If a printer fails for any reason, Cartridge World Cyprus should be notified as soon as possible. If a failure cannot be fixed, then the printer will be replaced at no additional cost.

10. Subscriptions are not transferable to any other parties.

11. The printer and associated Infinity printer inks (including any print made using them) supplied by Cartridge World Cyprus are not for resale.

12. Subscriptions will automatically continue after the 36 months and the relevant direct debit will be taken, at the same rate, unless one months’ notice to terminate is received from the member.

13. Termination will only be accepted with the return of an Infinity supplied printer and remaining replacement inks. Email infinity@cwcyprus.com to advise of request to terminate stating details of reason for such.

14. Subscribers will only be renewed if they have adhered to Infinity Terms.

15. Under the Data Protection Act 2003, Cartridge World Cyprus ensures that member’s details will not be referred or sold to any third-party organizations. 16. Cartridge World Cyprus reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time.

17. Cartridge World Cyprus reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription.

18. Cartridge World Cyprus reserves the right to refuse renewal or continuation of a subscription.

19. Subscription Termination Policy

If a payment is missed the subscription is frozen and no replacement inks will be permitted while frozen. The member will be contacted to request payment and if payment is not received within 5 working days, the subscription may be terminated; the printer and the associated inks will be required to be returned. If the printer and the associated inks are not returned undamaged and in full working order, the initial deposit will be retained against the value of the printer, and you will be required to pay the balance of the minimum 36-month term.

Cartridge World Cyprus reserves the right to terminate a subscription at its sole discretion during the term of a subscription. Subscription payments will cease. The subscriber will be required to return the printer and associated inks. Cartridge World Cyprus reserves the right to terminate a subscription if it is deemed uneconomical for Cartridge World Cyprus to maintain.

Members whose subscriptions are terminated will only be permitted to rejoin at the discretion of the Cartridge World Cyprus.
